NRL Validation Notebooks

Open notebooks/nrl_stage_validation.ipynb in VS Code and select the project virtualenv kernel:

.venv/bin/python

Run the notebook from top to bottom. The staging cell writes duckdb/nrl_bucket.duckdb, so close DBeaver before running it to avoid a lock conflict.
